Namasté! Relax, Breathe Deep And Decompress At The First Note Yoga Sessions

Wake up to liberating, restorative movement in the crisp, refreshing mountain air. Guided by professional instructor Annika Kristiansen, the smooth yoga flow is designed to improve your health, performance, and overall well being. The class blends playful exercises of balance and strength with flexibility and power in a welcoming format. Kristiansen’s practice and teachings of being and seeing that she enthusiastically shares with her students extend beyond the mat.

Guests of all skill levels are welcome to join a fluid yoga flow and activating breath practice on Saturday and Sunday mornings of the Festival. Nestled in the cozy amphitheater of Elks Park in downtown Telluride, these yoga sessions are a fun and inspiring way to start your festival mornings.

Meet The Instructor - Annika Kristiansen

Telluride local and Mangala Instructor, Annika Kristiansen can be found in the woods, or up high in the San Juan's exploring. She skis, she bikes, she runs, and... she brings all of this energy into her teachings to offer powerful classes to her community.

Annika's infuses her classes with a deep understanding of anatomy along with meditations and philosophical sprinklings to feed the soul.
